Privacy Policy
The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. The only personal data we handle is what our hosting provider needs to serve the site, and whatever you choose to send us by email.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Michał Kaciuba, conducting business as Future Code, Poland (“Future Code”, “we”). For anything related to your data, write to [email protected].
2. Visiting this website
When you open futurecode.pro, our hosting provider processes technical data that every web request contains: your IP address, browser and device information (user agent), the requested address and the time of the request.
- Purpose: delivering the website and protecting it against abuse and attacks.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: kept by the hosting provider only for as long as needed for these purposes. We do not use this data to identify, profile or track visitors.
3. Contacting us by email
If you write to us, we process your email address, your name and any other information you include in the message.
- Purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if you wish, discussing a possible engagement.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for other correspondence, our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If it leads to a business relationship, for the duration of that relationship and the statutory periods for claims and accounting records that follow. Otherwise, correspondence is deleted within 12 months of the last message.
Providing this data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an email address.
4. Who receives your data
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:
- Cloudflare, Inc. for website hosting, content delivery, security and email routing.
- Google LLC for email hosting (Gmail).
Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which both companies are certified, and by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology, and it does not load fonts, scripts or other resources from third parties. The “Copy address” button only places our email address on your clipboard, locally in your browser.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict how we process your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
7. Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or profile anyone based on their personal data.
8. Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, for example if we add analytics or a contact form, we will update this page and the date at the top.
